Well, I'm at work.

It's the next day.

Waaaay too much potatoe juice last night.

But a great show. "When I Paint My Masterpiece" was very nice to hear,
and Dylan sang it well.

One of my compadres who also works at this company is taking today
off. I wish I was right about now.

The stage invasions started during Silvio and kept up, with pretty
much the same cast of characters, for the rest of the show after the
first couple versus of any song. As my friend Todd wryly noted,
the threshold for being allowed to be on the stage was about a
"D" cup. Busty young lasses, yes sir. Kinda a drag really. We
were imagining a mortified Dylan child watching this. "C'mon, Dad!
They're not even legal!" etc.

The crowd actually turned on the busty crew when they invaded "It Ain't
Me Babe." Boos were heard, and I'm guessing not b/c of the acoustic
guitars ;-) I think the irony was perhaps real real lost on most of em.

What else. Hattie Carroll. Unreal. Chills. The "Masters of War"
painting was projected during this one. Thanks to Ray and Bill for
letting me know whose painting this is. I actually enjoyed hearing
"Friend of the Devil" very much, in spite of the busty breakthru.

Visions was on the cuesheet, as was Lenny Bruce. Oh well. Two more
shows this tour, here's hoping!

Time to pretend to werk.

Hasta,
Mark
