Subject: DEEP BENEATH THE WAVES vol 49 From: xyx Date: Fri, 3 Jan 1997 14:19:35 +0500 Our next aluminum platter is hard to pin down, titlewise. Let's just say it's the first one to have 3 titles in one...... "HARD TO FIND VOL 3" or "EVEN HARDER TO FIND" or "LOST RECORDINGS 1962-86" 1CD (Effective Mining) Compilation of rare singles, B-Sides, promos, sampler tracks, EPs, tributes and 1 box set Tracks: 21 Time: 79+ Sources: Official releases/TV/Movie Quality: Outstanding throughout No need to attempt a "review" other than to say that this is the true successor to "Hard To Find," gathering most, if not all, of the "hard to find" official releases (plus a few TV/movie trax) not included on that first volume (Volume 2 was a poor sequel). Quality is excellent throughout, the producers obviously utilizing the source material to copy from.
