(7-10) are  available in  sensible order  on  the  CD  Royal
Albert Hall  1966 [T-121]  but may have been lifted from the
copy of that CD called Like A Rolling Stone [T-122]...

The  Quest   Show  (3-5)   is  ultimately  lifted  from  Dr.
Zimmerman's Original Old Time Hootenany [T-107].
