Edgar Allan Poe wrote a short story named "The Murders in rue Morgue". This is often referred to as the first murder mystery story.

I don't know about an actual "Rue Morgue Avenue", but there's the Edgar Allan Poe classic "Murders in the Rue Morgue". Since rue is French for road, "Rue Morgue Avenue" is slightly redundant :)
